My approach is client-focused; I do not impose my own style, but am happy to offer guidance and ideas as required. 

Free initial consultation

  • A site visit or initial review of any information you already have (i.e. estate agents brochure, initial plans, Google Street view etc…) to get a feel for your site.

  • A call so that we have a common understanding of your project and issues.

  • We plan how to move forward or not as the case may be!

Every project is unique

  • I will propose competitive hourly rates or an agreed monthly sum depending upon what suits the job.
